This home has been designated as "contingent" which means that an offer has been accepted or
submitted for acceptance, but it is not yet marked pending. Usually, this arises when a court, mortgage holder (in the case of a short sale) or a bank
(in the case of an REO) has not yet officially signed off on an offer. Once it does, then the listing will disappear because it is
officially pending the close of escrow.It is also possible that the home owner has accepted an offer, but has a contingency that allows
them to kick out the current buyer if another offer comes along (per a right of first refusal). Thus, depending on the exact reason that is
has been marked contingent, the home may or may not be viewable and/or the home owner may or may not
